Every time in Pollock Pines, I choose this place. It's a quaint place. The staff is being very friendly. The hotel has nice and perfect location in nearby shops. Also, it is very close to restaurants, a quiet area and South Lake Tahoe. They serve delicious food, have a wide range of options to choose from.

The price I paid was budget motel territory. What I got was much better than I was expecting. Helpful friendly staff. Very nice, clean room. Easy to find location.

The staff at the hotel were very polite. the location was secluded and the view of the garden was lovely. Our room had a queen bed and was set in a nice area between Napa and the mountains.

I loved that they were pet-friendly. Our dog stayed in the room with us.

Westhaven Inn needs a little more TLC. Rooms need to be painted (writing on wall) and carpets cleaned more thoroughly (stains).

Tub was large enough for my tall husband.

The office/ lobby hours are too late in the morning.

Good value for money. This hotel is a budget hotel - but it is a very good hotel, especially given what we paid for the rooms. The staff are helpful and kind. The room was clean and well presented. The hotel is located near a freeway and you can hear the traffic - but it was not over loud and we managed to sleep quite happily. The location suited us as we were on a road trip and used this as a very acceptable stop over point. I would recommend this hotel.

It was close to the camping ground where are family was staying.

Upon arriving, I noticed that everything here was just right. the room was pretty spacious and peaceful, and it had a nice big bathroom and a TV. It was equipped with handy amenities like a microwave and a fridge. the hotel is nestled in a quiet area surrounded by trees, with beautiful outdoor surroundings. 🌲

It was a bed to sleep in. Typical motel. Definitely Not a hotel!

No real continental breakfast. It was prepackaged mini muffins. There was no pool. Basically no amenities.
